This year’s Rotary Dream Home engages the visitors with its distinct approach to contemporary home design. Built by Homes by Avi, this two story home's 2,283 square foot plan offers style and modern sophistication. Superbly striking decor is accomplished with a unique combination of urban modern design elements and a subtle western flair.

This year's design features a grand two storey foyer which showcases a dramatic cascading staircase. On one side of the entryway sits a formal dining room and on the other, a quiet office den. The dining room features a back lit custom floating ceiling which complements the distressed 5" plank, African Sapele hardwood flooring which leads to the great room. A contemporary wide view Serenade natural stone kit fireplace is the focal point of this room. Definitely not traditional in style or feel, the tone of the fireplace will have visitors wonder if it's functional or if its art. A back lit floating wall gives the fireplace a minimalist modern sophisticated style.
